"I can not say enough great things about this office! We have been with them for over 10 years, and it has always been a pleasure dealing with everyone in the office. Most recently, I connected with Lina Ferrara for 2 new car purchases. For our 1st purchase she made the transition seamless. She got everything switched over, and sent over to us almost instantly. We had one minor change, and without hesitation, Lina was on it, and we were set!
Fast forward a month later, car purchase number 2 was not as smooth. I am not even kidding when I say Lina must have made at least 8 edits until it was finally accepted!! After a recent accident that I was in, they started my claim right away and got me connected with an excellent claims agent. As annoying as the process can be after an accident, they made it a quick and painless process.

Jon is not only a great agent, but an honest and genuine guy. Outside of the usual business previously mentioned, I can recall at least a few points throughout my time with him where he’d be calling just to check in and see how I was doing.
